[DeTomaso] Brake booster vacuum

I agree with Will.  Why would it matter as they are drawing a vacuum 
from the same source either way.

Practically speaking, we set up a chapter member's Pantera with a "T" in 
view of his non-ported Strip Dominator and it hasn't been a problem.  
Real world data, not theory.
