[DeTomaso] 17x8 campy clone wheels

Trying to look through my crystal ball... outlook hazy.  In 5 years it
might be hard to find 17" tires in appropriate sizes.  I hope Cooper
and other vintage tire manufacturers are taking note... and buying
some of the old molds so we can keep up.
