[DeTomaso] NPC - Protecting an engine in storage

I've got an old Jeep engine that I will never use again, but I don't want to sell it or dispose of it.  So, I've got it stored on a pallet out in the pasture and I can wrap it in shrink wrap.  My question is:  In order to preserve it as much as possible, what do I pour in all the holes in the block/head? (Spark plug holes, bolt holes, etc.)    Thanks, Bill Lewis
