But if the problem is that people are not getting the material to Mike to edit and assemble, it is not his fault.

He could send out a Profiles every quarter with little in it, but that would be a waste of money.

   OK..........  Here goes! Mike Drew is a great guy and a well respected member 
of POCA and the De Tomaso community, and none can argue that. Mike has been a 
personal friend of mine for years and hope that continues.
      All that being said, those sentiments have ABSOLUTELY NO BEARING On Mike 
Drew's history of NOT getting the Profiles out in a timely fashion, WHICH IS THE 
JOB HE SIGNED ON TO DO PERIOD!!  Mike produces a fantastic Profiles WHEN he 
produces one, which has not been frequently enough.      

Personality and performance are two completely separate issues some of you seem 
to confuse for one and the same.
   At the end if the day he has not fulfilled his obligation to the membership 
and that FACT is hurting the club in no small way. I have had this discussion 
with Mike face to face, so my thoughts are no surprise to him. 
    The POCA Bard of Directors is working on a resolution of this issue with 
Mike Drew and you will all know the outcome shortly.
