[DeTomaso] What's the latest on factory replacement windshields?

I need a new windshield since the one I have is the small, leak-prone version.  However, I only have one piece of the four stainless windshield trim pieces required.  One of the vendors said that the windshield trim is hard to make.  Anyone else in the same boat I am?  Sure, I can go to the glue-in version from Wilkinson but it's expensive and doesn't fit the vintage to me.
