a guy in CA is interested in buying my car but says that a 73 or newer car (mine is a 74) has to be compliant with CA smog rules - is that true? - i think there are a lot of guys on here that run 74's in Cali w/o special equipment...but maybe i am wrong about that? any feedback would be appreciated!
