[DeTomaso] Top speed of the fastest P-car?

Not sure if it's the fastest, but Alvin Bloomberg, here in Washington, has
the record for his class at Bonneville in his 302 powered '71 pushbutton at
209 and change average two ways.

Who's car was it?

I suggested that it was either Junior Johnson or Doug Mann with the record.
