The rebuild kit is actually for a Fiat 850 wheel cylinder; the kit comes 
with extra parts, but all the seals you need are (or were) there.

I've been told that they stopped making this kit years ago, although GT Car 
Parts in Arizona might have it?

But (as it's already been said), given the difficulty of replacing the 
clutch master, and the possiblity that your home rebuild wouldn't work, it's a 
far better idea to either have your old unit resleeved and fitted with new 
seals, or buy an OEM Italan master from Pantera East.
