Tried the piece together cage orginally
fit was not the greatest and it did not tuck back
far enough to run on the street for me
 
Mine weld in cage cost $2k (he would not do another
for that price) and the front and sides 
are impossible to hit with your head they
are tucked in so tight.. I had to make 
the side and front trims at the headliner
... the stock ones were too big
 
Now the mirror on the passenger side is 
a head banger.. but I don't sit there and
it is out of my way to see clearly ahead
I can also see someone drive up on the 
right hand blind side.. works great
I usually don't let passengers in the
car as they are dead weight!
