Indianapolis dispatched several crews.
Don't know if it is true, I heard, on the radio, that some areas were turning away out of state help if they were non-union crews.

By the way, I recently drove from Houston to Little Rock through Texarkana. It was the week before the storm hit. I passed SEVERAL tree crews on I-30. I am sure they were driving to the east coast.
I'm surprised at how far these crews drive to clean up after storms. I bet they started from Dallas/Ft. Worth, but that's ~1500 miles.
