Not all of them--a PCNC/Capitol Panteras member uses one as his daily 
driver for his 40+ mile freeway commute and just got a 'gift' of a ticket for 80+ 
mph (anything over 81 mph moves it into a much more expensive zone--and he 
was going more than 81 mph...)
