[DeTomaso] Custom Luggage Tray

I agree that it has its merits but personally I wouldn't want to put a
suitcase there, drive somewhere and then take it into a hotel room and
lay it on the bed. A toolbox or a spare tire maybe but otherwise it's
sanitary wise comparable to carrying the luggage on a roof rack IMO.

One can secure actual luggage, or an assortment of items, while still
allowing flow thru ventilation

while at the same time does not "hide" the heart of the beast.



I would think it would be economical and easy to fabricate. One could
add a
forward panel (half-height) if one so chose.



Does anyone else have something like this? I might be interested in
buying
one myself.
