[DeTomaso] coolant Temp senders, engine block

I think it's a useful diagnostic tool whether one has a stock pan,
racing pan or an oil cooler or not.

I would suggest installing it in a proper pan.

Using an oil temp gauge with a stock pan is penny wise, but pound
foolish.
