[DeTomaso] Value of low profile Amerisport Wing

Yes understood. It's much too low for any aerodynamic affect. My
entire purpose when initially buying it was for the aesthetic looks of
it. I liked how it lay low, much more like the rear spoiler on my 1971
Mach I. However that particular spoiler gets into the airflow due to
the shape of the rear. But it's a bad-ass looking spoiler.

I've felt this specific spoiler also looked great on the car, even if it
didn't really do much. I have it -sitting- on the rear deck lid right
now and will walk past it for the next week or two to see if I really
like it that much on my car.

I believe most of the rear spoilers offered don't actually do much if
anything. I think Bob Benson fixed one up far enough back and far
enough up that it got into the right airflow. It looks great on his
car, but that's not quite my style. :)
