It looks like someone went to some effort to customize their stock gauges.

I'm note sure how this was done, but I suspect it was significant effort.

First, this is not available from vendors like the main gauge faces are
available, thus this is 'unique'.

 

I suppose one could "photocopy" a stock gauge, then change the color of the
background, leaving the 

lettering alone.  Note that the character font is unchanged. Then separately
color the bezel parts.

 

Who's car is this?
