Those look like really nice seats!

Have you checked to see if Sparco offers seat tracks for the Pantera?   I 
know Recaro does.....

Alternately, you might just get generic Sparco seat tracks, and drill new 
holes in the floorpans as necessary.

These seats will probably be taller, maybe even substantially taller than 
the stock seats, so you may find yourself desperately short of headroom.   
Alternatives include bolting the seats directly to the floor, having an 
upholsterer remove some foam from the seat cushion, or cutting the floorpans and 
lowering them.
