[DeTomaso] Brake warning light power source

That little red warning light was designed to turn on if:
* the e-brake handle microswitch indicates the handle is up. The switch 
position can be adjusted.
* if any the brake pads are thin and you still have stock pads with 
grounding wires in them. Sometimes, disconnected dangling wires will ground against 
something. Tape them up or cut them off close to the pads.
* if the shuttle valve has moved to the end of the valve body, possibly 
indicating a fluid leak in any part of the brakes, a thin brake pad or the 
shuttle moved and stuck during bleeding.

Obviously, the red light only indicates trouble in one (or more) of these 3 
choices but not which one. In fact there may be duplicate causes at any 
given time, which makes trouble shooting interesting.
