The Pirelli distributor here in Norway says they will get some in stock in
week 23.
Not cheap as you say, 13.900 NOK for two tyres!
That’s why I check the marked for 17" to 19" wheels as an alternative.

I was visiting Larry Stock's Pantera Pats Connection yesterday when he
shipped a pair of never-used 345-35-15 P-7Rs (W speed rating-168 mph) to
Sweden. 
The brand-new tires were built 3 years ago- an indication of the kind of
shipping delays your tire vendors run into with 15" speed rated tires.
No, they were not cheap and no-he has no more in stock, but as mentioned
before, you CAN get on the list for when a future shipment might arrive.
