[DeTomaso] valve ticking discovered

Be careful - if one valve spring has failed, it may only be a matter of time
before others fail. Any idea why it did?  DO you know the type and spring
rating of the one that broke?

Hello All,
 
Valve ticking turned out to be a combo of things :
 
Cheap header gasket replaced on both sides with quality gaskets .
 
New header bolts
 
New Phenolic spacer and gaskets under carb due to previous gasket leaking
.Vacuum Leak 
 
Also found broken valve spring once valve cover was rewmoved. Replacing
broken valve spring tomorrow which I am praying is the cause of the ticking
.
