Bill,

So glad to hear that Rob made it back to Houston.  Our return trip for those of
us in OK, TX, IA, KS and OH was not without incident but those are stories for
another day.

One of our members from the Houston chapter (Rob Pink) - long story, had to
leave the Phoenix Rally early - he may not be able to respond to this thread, so
I'll fill in for him!    He was on his way home to Houston from Phoenix driving
his Pantera, when one of his wheels came off.  Short version:  he found it,
called AAA, got it back on, and made it all the way to Houston OK!  But, the
part that fits this thread is that he had previously been hauling his Pantera on
his trailer behind his truck, driving through (Tucson ?, Las Cruces ?) and was
pulled over by the Man.  The charge was that one of the tires on the trailer had
touched/crossed over a white lane marker on the roadway.  Luckily, he only got a
warning, but Great Scott!!!!  ---Bill
