[DeTomaso] Whose Orange Pantera?

In the first few minutes of 21 Jump Street (then new comedy) there is an orange Pantera in the back ground of the police lot. Who is the lucky owner?

The end credits say it belongs to 'Jerome'.  There's no 'Jerome' anywhere 
in the online POCA roster so he must not be a club member....
