[DeTomaso] Car-to-car photography--how NOT to do it...

Back when I had the opportunity to do more car photo shoots, we usually
rented a Lincoln Town Car, removed the trunk lid and shot from back there
safely. Speed was never and issue, you just fake it with a slower shutter
speed.  Also used an electric power gyro to stable the camera.  Fun times,
wish I had those jobs again.
