Figure 3-4 hours labor plus the cost of the clutch, tops.   I've helped 
change a Pantera clutch in a parking lot with nothing more than hand tools, a 
couple of 2x4s and beer, and that took under four hours.

Resurfacing the flywheel might be a good idea too.
