It looks like you could copy that fairly easy in aluminum, like those custom
grills on pickup trucks.

It doesn't need to be an exact duplicate. It just needs to be close.

Why not use an original to form a mold and instead of billet aluminum,
simply pour one as in a lost wax process. Then sand, polish, prime and
paint it.

You could also use plastic resins or even the that Mixture that uses walnut
shell particles as the aggregate.
