[DeTomaso] Welding Question

Is that flux-core you guys are talking about?
I just tacked up a set of dual-flanged collectors using flux-core
  and it all had to be re-tacked, and the dirty tacks ground out, before 
it was tig-welded.

Biig mistake not using gas.
