[DeTomaso] Cracking

I agree.  I have a single aluminum bar that fits.  I'm not convinced
the upper bar helps very much, but I *am* convinced the cross braces
prototyped by Goran would be effective.  Pictured here:

The stock and aftermarket bars just look like they keep the rear
rickshaw from collapsing in on itself.  Goran's method looks like it
*ties* the rickshaw to the rest of the chassis.
