They're right--Windsor and Cleveland starters are the same.   The gearbox 
is the issue--the difference is between auto vs. manual gearbox.

Your SFD0012 will work fine in your Pantera, with the caveat that you'll 
need longer studs because of the thicker flange on the starter housing.
