One thing to consider is the sensitivity of cast magnesium to water 
corrosion, if you're running OEM Campys. If the center cracks the protective paint 
layer and water gets in there on a nice tight-fitting wheel, the resulting 
corrosion will swell the wheel center enough so you may need a wheel puller 
to remove it! As said, the lug nuts usually center what little run-out 
remains. Note that the lug nut recesses are machined at 60 degrees on street lug 
nuts and wheels, while race wheels & lug nuts are at 45 degrees. Its a very 
bad idea to mix these parts- the combination of race wheels and street lug 
nuts HAVE loosened and lost wheels. FWIW- J Deryke
