The kit is in tech bulletin 9 article 65.  You will need to drill out the
spot welds to remove the pin.

Seems like I remember kit to replace the pin on 71 cars that one or more of
the vendors have.  I don't remember if the pin is a press fit or has a spot
weld on the inside.
