One suggestion, though, is to use a modern block.

A 351C with a Dart or Ford SVO block isn't any less a 351C.  You need to do something with the plumbing at the front, and you can't use your 351C oil pan, oil pump, or distributor, but the cost and hassle of switching to a Clevor is worth it.
