Dear Shaun, Garth, Charlie and Dan,

I appreciate the suggestions. I have used all the sources
mentioned. For a single source, Dan Jones is the most comprehensive.
Unfortunately, he does have a day job. I was hoping that there would be
one reference that would have all the mechanical measurements for a 351
Cleveland. It appears that outside of Dan Jones' library, it doesn't
exist.

John Christian, who used to work for Ford, tells me that
each engine at Ford had a "543" document or reference, which did indeed
have the complete encyclopedic specs for that engine. Those 543s are
not commonly known. They are so rare that most of the specialty
automotive book stores have never heard of them. I have contacted the
Henry Ford Reference Library with an email inquiry. I have asked them
IF the 351 Cleveland 543 document is in the library and IF I can get a
copy of it. I am guardedly optimistic that this line of inquiry may
bear fruit. It may take them a few days to respond.

But---if anyone knows of a commercially available book
with the Cleveland specs listed and tabulated, then let me know. I
suspect that the Henry Ford Museum Library won't be cheap.

                          Warmest regards, Chuck Engles

  Hey Chuck,

Here are a few sites I've used. They may not be as comprehensive as
you're looking for, but it's a start.
