[DeTomaso] cooling fans

Interesting I was the opposite for the sucker fans and ended up making a stand off for the shroud to get the right clearance for the fan blade from radiator. IIRC it's something like an optiomal 3/4" for the fans to be fully effective and pull/push the quoted CFM.
