[DeTomaso] Gas tank drain plug

The steel in our gas tanks is incredibly thin so adding a boss of some sort 
to support the drainplug without creating leaks will be challenging. It 
will likely involve welding or brazing- which is not for the amateur or even 
the unfamiliar pro-welder. Explosions in decades-old open gas tanks have 
happened. An experienced welder will likely insist on removing your tank to do 
the work..... which on a Pantera involves pulling the engine and transaxle 
first.
You really don't need a drain. My best guess- J Deryke
