Hall and Byars both carry them in steel.   I just had a set pass through my 
hands and was VERY impressed.   They were powdercoated black.   I presume 
you could get them in chrome?

The price for metal bumpers was LESS than the cost of fiberglass imitations 
elsewhere.   Amazing.
