[DeTomaso] Suggestions on how to repair cracks in the fiberglass ina door panel

You can find clips in the "Help!" section of most auto parts stores.  You get a big assorted box.  Most of them are the wrong size, but they are cheap.

I have also found the clips in good hardware stores, and I'm sure there are online sources too.

Rob - how can you attach the armrest from the inside?  The screws are pretty sturdy, and you have to mount the door panel first.  I don't see how you could mount it from the inside.  <confused>

BTW, I have considered mounting a strip of carpet on the bottom of the door panel.  My wife's Porsche is done that way and it looks very nice.
