[DeTomaso] Good news from the Swedish crash

Apparently the speaker at the event asked the owners to blip the
throttle as they entered the square, just as they frequently do.

I have been in several similar events, where we slowly go through a
town, and on the square there is someone presenting the various De
Tomaso cars as they pass by. The speaker almost always wants you to blip
the throttle, and you are then normally moving slowly in first gear, you
depress the clutch and blip the throttle, and then when the engine
returns to idle, you let the clutch up again.

In this case the throttle apparently stuck full open, and what happened
then is probably a combination of unfortunate events.
