I assume your looking at the horns for sale on e-bay ( the two red plastic
horns) with mounting hardware) Ti\o answer your question the button on the
end of your stalk will be sufficient to trigger the horn but there is a
little bit more involved then that. The horn button on the end of the
stalk triggers a relay which then triggers the horns. The Pantera came with
a horn relay that triggered the compressor that blew the horns. A multi
trumpet horn (like these ) normally uses a compressor with multiple outlets
so when yo depress the horn button the compressor blows a sequence of
blasts of compressed air to sound a pattern or if it's a very complex set
up an actual melody. There are now more complex digital controllers that
can play a series of melodies. I assume you are going for the traditional
Ferrari sounding horn which is normally two or three trumpets.. Your car
should still have a relay and will probably not have a compressor because
I believe the stock horn was electrical. If you don't win this auction (
or you may decide to give up on it all together because you can get a
complete air horn set up ( three trumpets, relay. compressor and air hoses
along with instructions) at Harbor freight. I took the liberty of looking
it up for you and they have a three trumpet setup with the relay ,
compressor. the three red trumpets all for $19.99

trumpet air horns>
It is advertised to reach 135 db which is quite loud! Good Luck,
Boyd
