Somebody who was there told me:

The cars where lining up and suddenly one of the cars revs up and goes thru 
a group of people and stopping in to an mobile ice cream bar with an very 
old man lying on the hood and one under the bar. 6 persons are injured, 2 of 
them quite bad.
