I've had that feeling 28 times this month so far. Rain, snow, 14 degrees
with no heat.  3 more to go. Happy Birthday to my Pantera who's 40 this
month and going for a ride every day no matter what.

Frederick, MD Unusually mild this winter. Thanks Mother Nature.
