[DeTomaso] NPC: Self calibrating Holley

I remember there was another self tuning EFI kit discussed recently on
the list.  I imagine this kit is similar, and maybe they have a real
support system for customers.  Though traditionally Holley has always
been a bit weak in that area.

Anyway, this article is interesting and if we get an update, I hope it
is positive and they usually list major stumbling blocks, even when an
advertiser is involved.
