Thanks for the concern and yes I am okay. This fire was further south of
Reno this time and just North of where Larry Stock lives. It burnt 3800
acres and no final count on homes lost yet but looks like at least 20 and
the main Highway 395 is still closed. High winds from a winter storm fanned
the fire once again aftera teh driest winter on record so far. Rain/snow has
started today so hope is it will dampen things down, but a flood warning was
issued due to all the barren de-vegetated ground.
 
A friend who collects Corvetet's has a second home and workshop in that area
and he was hit hard losing a Sunbeam Tiger, Pontiac Le Mans, zero mile C4
LT1 Vette and a '64 Vette.
 
Ed Tuper a local Pantera owner also lives close by, we think all is okay
with his home but haven't been able to confirm yet.
 
It's been a crazy winter....
