[DeTomaso] Who's good at copying and fabricating Carbon Panels?

I don't think it's just the material that is important.  You can make a panel with what I think is a vacuum bag???  or in an autoclave.  The autoclave is more $s, but is lighter and/or stronger.

I am now looking to have 2 panels copied and made in carbon fiber.
Anyone here that can recommend or know of a carbon shop/company in the US?
