Yes he did--or rather, he didn't.   He started this whole thread by saying 
that he was going to be bringing TWO cars to Phoenix, and since he has his 
own 18-wheeler car hauler, he's driving that with the cars inside, but 
there's no room for any other cars.

Under the circumstances, he gets a pass! :>)
