[DeTomaso] A lug (right name?) through the front bulkhead for a battery ground?

I'd like to find a stud, lug, or whatever that I can run through the front bulkhead for the battery ground cable, but also as a new ground for all the ground wires under the dash.  I can think of a stud with a shoulder near the center and one large threaded end for the battery cable and a smaller opposite threaded end to leave exposed under the dash for the ground wires.  
 
Does anyone know of something like this?
