Great report.  I'm concerned by the 1-3/4" OD of the primary tubes.
I'd like you take a photo of the header flange from the head-side so I
can see how the flange looks and would mate to a stock 4V head.

My concern revolves around an issue I had with Hooker Headers of the
same primary tube size.  They didn't seal since the weld line on the
flange (used as the mating surface to the head)didn't mate to the head
properly, allowing leaks at certain points around the circumference.
  Their 2" Super Competition headers were much better.

So can you please send us a photo?
