[DeTomaso] Wilkinsons new GTS style exhaust system

I just took delivery of one of Wilkinson's new complete GTS style exhaust
systems (headers, exhaust pipes, mufflers & resonators).  It comes in two
versions, stainless steel and mild steel; I opted for the stainless version
(IT'S DROP-DEAD GORGEOUS!).  They're currently available at what Steve calls
a special price of $1285 (stainless) or $885 (mild steel).  IHMO, this is a
real steal - pun intended.

They're modeled after the factory 74 Pantera GTS exhaust but claims to flow
far better and from that stats below, this should be a true statement.  Both
versions' resonators are made from #209 stainless steel and then polished to
look like the factory chrome.  The exhaust pipes, mufflers and leading
portion of the resonators are painted black to match the factory look.  The
stainless version substitutes #209 stainless steel for the header, tailpipe
& muffler case and the tainless headers come polished.  The steel version’s
headers are silver-zinc plated.

Steve said they found that the resonator ID was the largest restriction in
the factory system so they enlarged it's ID by 6mm (1/4”) and redesigned the
muffler innards for better flow.  Of course, both the header primaries and
the exhaust pipes are mandrel bent.  The complete system was developed on a
dyno using a 406 Cleveland stroker and he tried many combinations to arrive
at the system’s final configuration.  A cool feature is that their ball and
cone type collectors will allow you to positoin them to look just right on
the car.  He recommended the headers be wiped down with alcohol, after
installation, but prior to starting the engine, to prevent fingerprint
stains.
