That's funny - I spoke to EBC today as well, and they said they were disc/hub combos!  Seems something I need to follow up on!

Here's the info that I got today:

Brake Labs:  One piece rotor and hub (visual inspection).

Disc Italia:  One piece rotor and hub (visual inspection).  When I asked why the website listed the rotor 
                     as "disc only", he said that only fits applications with disc brakes and not drum brakes.  DOH!!                    

EBC Rotors:  Rotor only, no hub.  The guy that I spoke with called another department, and was 
                         told that it was a rotor only.  This was based on weight only (19#), and was not a visual 
                         inspection.

We'll see what Julian finds out at Summit re the EBC rotors.
