Yes, you can use the one piece in the front, but that still leaves the rear question open...

I thought you could use the one piece too.

The wheel bearings are the same as 69 Mustang, and I think the spindles on
67-69 Mustangs are the same, so I bet you could use any 67-69 Mustang
rotors.

I know the parts are different from 71-73 (Mustang), and I think they
actually changed in 1970 (1969 for Boss 302) - per my foggy memory.

If it doesn't fit, you should be able to return the parts.

BTW - you will have standard instead of metric studs.

Ya, i would LOVE to do that. Problem is, inventory has virtually dried up on
Mustang rotors.  Back in the day, they were a two piece part.  you could
order the rotors separate from the hat.  Using JUST the mustang rotor part
works great.  That, sadly, seems to no longer be available.  All the
castings are now done in China, and I believe they have found that casting a
one piece (Hat+Rotor) is more cost effective in the long run, and - frankly
- it's what most people want.

So, there are a few folks that did that change in years gone by, but it
doesn't seem to be an option any longer...

The front rotors are the same as I think a 68 Mustang, I know John Taphorn
replaced his, John do you have any part numbers for the rotors you replaced
yours with?

Hi all - I'm considering upgrading rotors, but don't really want to get into
the expense of an entire brake upgrade thing yet. Larry Stock has direct
replacement rotors that are vented / slotted. Has anyone have experience
with these? happy with them? I can do all for rotors for $1000 vs the $3000
for an entire new setup...

thanks,
brent
