[DeTomaso] Increasing a torque wrench's capacity?

A handy formula.  Note that if the extension is at right angles to the torque 
wrench, "B" equals zero so the reading to actual ratio is 1:1 .

Intuitively, the torque wrench is putting the indicated torque on the extension, 
but the nut or bolt sees the indicated torque + the force applied with the hand 
X the length of the extension...
