Another option is to exclude sellers...here's what I use:

covershield, vistatradings, thecarcover, thecarcoverfactory,
thecarcoverfactory2, cscsportsinc, littleroom2011, bestfh-carcover,
thebestcover, extremesupply, advance_accessories, carcoverman, kandkmc,
autoarmour-auctions, autocover_zone, brakeoutlet, mjnmotorsports, buashop,
ride252, brandnewauto, usapowerseller

I have no idea what the limit is...I just keeping adding new ones when they
show up.

I've found a simple way to filter out all this crap.   When I search on 
E-bay, I don't just search for 'Pantera'.   I search for "DeTomaso Pantera
-hid 
-cover" which gets rid of most of the junk listings.
